We’re excited to share with you the latest developments on our incentivised testnet – Project Artemis. We’ve added some bonus Validator and Developer tasks, responded to your feedback, and would like you to make the most of the remaining one week of the current phase.

On Monday, 20 September 2021, we launched phase one, Apollo, of our incentivised testnet, Project Artemis. As a recap, with this initiative, we aim to secure our network, foster innovation, and grow our community.

We’ve added some additional Validator and Developer tasks to this phase of the project. Essentially, we’re giving you new ways of earning rewards for your help with the testnet. Developers, in particular, will now have far more opportunities to explore the native token staking on the testnet.

What should you do?

If you’ve already signed up as a Validator or a Developer, go check out the bonus tasks here to do even more exciting things and earn even bigger rewards.

If you’ve not joined our testnet yet, you have two options:

Thanks for your help!

We’re grateful for your engagement and comments. Thanks to your feedback, we’re improving our Validator documentation to make it easier for you to join and participate.

We’re also delighted to see so many people applying to become a Validator and such large volumes of Developers setting up their new accounts. Without your help, we couldn’t get this far – massive thanks!

Your last chance to join and get rewards!

Unfortunately, all good things come to an end… The release of the new set of tasks also means that this first, Apollo, phase is nearing completion.

You have only one week, so make the most of it!

This is your last opportunity to claim rewards for this phase. So, if you’ve completed any tasks, make sure you claim your rewards via the task completion form!
