Cudos Labs: Testnet Development Update!🧠(16/08/2021)
Here’s what we did this week and last!
We started work on removing the need for re-approval once you’ve completed the Approve CUDOS transaction for Delegated Staking.
We updated the mainnet hardware requirements.
We created the initial documentation for the migration of Validators and Delegators from the existing staking contract to the new chain from.
We started researching the Gravity Bridge slashing policy.
We added support for different decimal digits in Gravity Bridge aiming to reduce the current 18 digits to 6.
We continued working on the Smart contract deployment and the Testing framework
We started research on integrating the EVM module in the Cudos Network.
We continued researching the Gravity Bridge slashing policy.
We further tested and researched the migration of the Validators and Delegators.
We added support for X <-> Y decimal digit token transfer in the Gravity bridge.
We fixed the batches’ timeout calculation.
We updated the Explorer libraries.
We’re finalising the smart contract deployment and testing framework.
We continued researching Ethermint.
The Cudos Network is a layer 1 blockchain and layer 2 computation and oracle network designed to ensure decentralised, permissionless access to high-performance computing at scale and enable scaling of computing resources to 100,000’s of nodes. Once bridged onto Ethereum, Algorand, Polkadot, and Cosmos, Cudos will enable scalable compute and Layer 2 Oracles on all of the bridged blockchains.
